How does SCORE? work?
Points are recorded with the SCORE? Band. The score is shown either on your own smartphone or tablet, or on the SCORE? system at your padel club.
Do I need to install the SCORE? app?
If your padel club has a SCORE? system, you can use it right there on court. Alternatively, you can install the SCORE? app on your own smartphone or tablet and use SCORE? on your own.
How do I sign in to the SCORE? app?
If you have a SCORE? account, you can sign in with your username and password. It’s even easier once you’ve linked your SCORE? Band to your account: just double-click your SCORE? Band and enter a 4-digit PIN to sign in to the app.
Can I use SCORE? without an account?
Yes, you can also use SCORE? without an account in guest mode.
How is a point recorded?
After every point, the score is updated through the SCORE? system. Depending on your setup, you can use your own smartphone with the SCORE? app or your padel club’s SCORE? system.
Does SCORE? work without internet?
Yes. Scoring works without an active internet connection. SCORE? communicates via Bluetooth, so play can continue even when the internet connection is unstable.
What do I get with a SCORE? account?
With a SCORE? account you can view your past match results, create your own groups and leaderboards, share live scores, create a team photo after every match and much more.
Does every player need a SCORE? Band?
No. SCORE? offers two ways to keep score:
Single-player scoring
Multi-player scoring
Can I correct a point that was counted wrong?
Yes. You can undo a wrongly counted point: with a triple click in single-player scoring and with a double click in multi-player scoring.
Does SCORE? show the serving side?
Yes. SCORE? shows you who is serving and from which side.
Which scoring formats does SCORE? support?
SCORE? supports various padel scoring formats, including Golden Point, Advantage and Tiebreak.
Is my match saved?
If you’re signed in with your SCORE? account, your match is saved to your history.
Is the SCORE? Band waterproof?
Yes, the SCORE? Band is IP67-tested, waterproof and sweat-resistant.
Which wrist should I wear the SCORE? Band on?
You can wear the SCORE? Band on either your left or right wrist – on your racket hand or your free hand, whichever suits you best.
What’s included in the SCORE? system?
The SCORE? system consists of the following components: SCORE? Band – a wristband for keeping score that you can sell or lend to your players. SCORE? App – runs on the tablets we provide and is used to enter players and set up the match. SCORE? Display – a 50-inch display that shows the score to players and spectators.
Do our players need to install the SCORE? app?
If your club provides a SCORE? system, players can use it right there on court without installing an app on their own smartphone.
Do we need a SCORE? system for every court?
No. You can start with selected courts and expand SCORE? to more courts later – for example, by equipping your busiest courts first.
Can players use SCORE? without our club system?
Yes. The SCORE? app can be used independently of a club’s SCORE? system, so players can use SCORE? on other courts as well.
What do we gain from our own SCORE? system?
With your own SCORE? system you can upgrade your courts and improve the experience for your players. You also have the opportunity to generate additional advertising revenue.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. SCORE? can be integrated into your club’s look and feel. Depending on the scope, your logo, colours and other branding elements can be included.
How much does the SCORE? system cost?
There are no investment costs for you. We provide the system and in return receive a share of the advertising revenue.
How long does installation take?
Installation takes about 2 hours per court.
