3. Overview of processing
This website provides information about the SCORE? system (SCORE? Band, SCORE? app and SCORE? Board) for padel players and padel clubs. We only process personal data to the extent necessary for a functioning website, for answering your enquiries or for the purposes described below.
We do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services on this website. There is no newsletter, no shop and no publicly accessible registration.
The SCORE? app, the SCORE? Band and the SCORE? Board are not covered by this privacy policy.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: consent
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: contract or pre-contractual measures at your request
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: legal obligation

5. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
When you visit our website, our host's server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser and stores it in server log files:
• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• requested page or file
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
• referrer URL
• browser type and version, operating system (user agent)
Purpose: delivering the website, stability and security, preventing and investigating attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.
Storage period: The log files are deleted automatically once the retention period set with our host has expired. They are only kept longer where necessary to investigate specific security incidents.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
7. Contact by email and via forms
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name (if provided), the content of your message and the date and time in order to handle your enquiry.
Enquiry form
On the “For Padel Clubs” page you can request the SCORE? system via an enquiry form. We process:
• Required: company, first name, last name, email address
• Optional: phone number, number of courts
We need the required details to assign your enquiry and to reply to you. The optional details help us prepare your enquiry better.
After submission, your details are sent to us by email. They are not stored in the website's database. The form runs on the WordPress plugin WPForms on our host's server; no data is transmitted to the plugin's developer or to other third parties. To protect against spam, the form uses an invisible check that works without cookies and without external services.
Contact form in the legal notice
You can send us a message using the contact form in the legal notice. We process your name, your email address and the content of your message; all three are required. Your details are sent to us by email and are not stored in the website's database. The technology and spam protection are the same as for the enquiry form.
Legal basis, recipients and storage period
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures (e.g. a padel club enquiring about the SCORE? system). Otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest lies in handling enquiries.
Recipients: Our email mailbox is operated by our host ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. Only the people handling your enquiry have access to it.
Storage period: We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Cookies and local storage
We do not set any cookies when you simply visit this website.
Cookies are only set for administrators who log in to the website's admin area. There is no registration and no comment function for visitors.
9. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored locally on the server and delivered from there. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is made when the pages are loaded.
10. Multilingual content
For the English version we use the WordPress plugin TranslatePress. The translations are stored on the server. No cookies are set and no data is transmitted to external translation services.
11. Recipients and transfers to third countries
The recipient of personal data is our host, which also operates our email mailbox (see sections 5 and 7).
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA.
12. Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. The specific periods are given for each processing activity.
13. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

14. Obligation to provide data
You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide us with personal data. However, the website cannot be displayed without the connection data transmitted for technical reasons. Without an email address we cannot reply to your enquiry.
